Bart joined the Knox-Title family in February 2022 as part of the Lenders Title Company leading
operations in his home market of Central Arkansas. Working with the dynamic-high talent team in
Conway and Greenbrier, this market has grown exponentially and is a powerhouse in residential and
commercial closings.

Additionally, Bart assists in efforts across many of the Knox brands as Executive Vice President
including supporting operational and growth initiatives in the Chicago and New Orleans markets.
Prior to joining Knox-Title, he served on the executive leadership team of a regional title company as
Director of Sales & Marketing overseeing business development strategy, leading corporate level
marketing initiatives, and driving a coordinated sales effort in over 24 locations.
Additionally, he is frequently an adjunct instructor for the University of Central Arkansas College of
Business over the past 15 years.

Bart resides in Conway, AR with his wife and daughter.
