Elizabeth “Liz” Songvilay serves as the Director of Operations for Precision Title Company. She brings to her position a well-established background of 20+ years in the Title Insurance Industry. While managing day-to-day operations, she plays a key role in multiple departments within the company.

In 2002, she launched her career as a Property Searcher for Residential and Commercial properties. There, she developed her passion for the Real Estate Industry. That passion eventually led her to various positions within the company, including Title Examiner, Closing Department/RESPA Coordinator, Closing Department Manager, Office Manager and Operations Manager.

Her belief in personalized service is crucial in maintaining our Attorney-Client database, and she takes pride in providing best-in-class service to each person involved in our transactions.
